Manufacturer’s Warranty
We warrant that our trapping systems are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors beyond normal operating conditions.
If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective component. To make a claim, please contact via email with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
